You need a taxi, a gun you can use while driving a car, and the health cheat. This works if you can ride in Roman's taxis too. Get where you can ride in a taxi. Make the driver take you somewhere and it doesn't matter where. Hold LT where you should break out the window. Keep holding it but don't shoot. Keep holding and get out your cell phone. Go to cheats and select the health cheat. If you're still holding LT, the window will be fixed and your arm will be sticking through the window and you can still shoot your gun.

Kill Playboy X and get his penthouse. Save the game and restart the system. When you reload your saved game, flip through your outfits and you should have Claude's outfit (the main character in Grand Theft Auto 3). Everything from the leather jacket, the green cargos, and the black shoes with the white stripe on the bottom should be there.

• Clone vehicles

Use the following trick if you get a vehicle you really like and you do not want to risk losing it in an accident or want one for every safe house. Once you unlock access to Algonquin, take your car and drive over to your South Bohan safehouse. From there, drive east to the Northwood Heights bridge that leads into Algonquin. Once there, turn around and drive back over the Northwood Heights bridge. After you get across, turn right onto San Quentin Ave., in Fortside. As soon as you make the turn, you should notice quite a few cars identical to the one that you are driving, just in more colors. To save them, just alternate between cars every block until you get to your South Bohan safehouse to store one and drive the other one where ever desired.
If you happen to come across a rare car (Infernus, Coquette, Super GT) and want more to have, drive up to the safehouse in Bohan. There should be at least ten of them lined up around the safehouse, free for your acquisition.

• Cop names

During the intermission sequence for the 'I'll Get Her' mission, look closely behind Gerry Mcreary. There is a whiteboard for shift changes for the prison guards. Some of their names are Phil McCrevis (feel my crevice) and Richard Head (dick head).

Use the following trick to make any vehicle immune to rockets, grenades, and other weapons. Take out a girlfriend on a date. Get in your car and shoot through your window to do a drive-by to scare her. A short intermission sequence will show your date leaving. Your vehicle is now immune to damage.

You can date people from the in-game Internet. When looking at their profile click 'Date'. You then have to wait a few in-game days for a negative or positive reply via email. If your date accepts, reply to their email and meet them.

• Easy 'One Man Army' achievement

Go to the bridge that takes you to the second island and has train tracks under it. Walk along the train tracks towards the second island before you are allowed to cross the bridge. When you are about half way, you should have a six start wanted level. Then, just stand on the train tracks for five minutes to get the achievement. You do not have to worry about the police because they will be on the bridge above you so they cannot shoot, and the helicopters are above you so you have cover from them.
Go to the hospital at the north-west corner of Algonquin. You can also get there by dying in that general area. Get a motorbike. Set a Waypoint at the hospital or just remember the way you came. Drive to the nearby bridge that takes you to the third island. You must not have access to the third island for this trick to work. Slowly reverse backwards over the barricade on the bridge until you get a six start wanted level. Then, drive straight back to the hospital. To the right of the hospital as you are coming back is a little red fence that you can bust through and get onto the elevated train tracks. Wait there for approximately five minutes to get the achievement. No cars can get to you on the train tracks and the helicopters cannot shoot accurately enough to hit you at motorcycle speed.
Attempt to enter one of the locked boroughs early in the game to get an immediate six star wanted level by taking a car on the subway (or elevated train) tracks. This can be done easily near the corner of Grand Boulevard and Leavenworth Ave. in North Bohan near the police station. From Leavenworth, take a left onto Grand, and go up the little hill. When you reach the crest of the hill, look to your left to find a very short wall above a subway tunnel. Drive a car over that short wall, then drive underground toward North Algonquin. When you have a six star wanted level, stop your car and remain there for five minutes to get the achievement.
After the middle island is unlocked, steal a helicopter from the helitour site in the southeast corner. Fly over any other area you have not yet unlocked to automatically get a six star wanted level. Fly off the map in any direction, and stay in the air. The police helicopters will only chase you so far. After five minutes, you will get the achievement.

• Easy 'Rolled Over' achievement

Go to the airport runway in a fast car (Infernus, Super GT, police cruiser, etc.). There are small yellow ramps scattered in the grass by the runway. Locate one, drive back a good distance, then at full speed hit the ramp so that only half your car actually hits the ramp. You should get enough spins to get the achievement.
Go on the Algonquin Bridge that connects Dukes to Algonquin. Find the part where the lanes split at the bridge when going westbound. At the split is a small ramp. Hit that ramp at high speed to make your car roll over several times. Try to land in the lower area for more room to roll over.

• Easy 'Walk Free' achievement

Get a four star wanted level, then start a mission to get the achievement.
Get on the airport runway with a car, then get out. This will instantly give you a four star wanted level. Then, run or drive to the end of the runway to get the achievement.
Start picking off cops one by one. Your wanted level will rise as more of them are killed. After you get a four star wanted level, get in a vehicle, and drive into the subway tunnel. Once you leave the flashing wanted circle and your wanted level disappears, you will get the achievement.

• Easy 'Wheelie Rider' achievement

Get a motorbike, and go to Francis International Airport. Go to one end of the runway, start to accelerate, and do a wheelie by pressing Left Analog-stick Down for 500 feet to get the achievement. The runway works best because you have a very long distance where you can drive perfectly straight without worrying about vehicles pulling out in front of you.

• Easy headshots

It is sometimes difficult to get headshots, which do count in this game. With some practice, the following is an easy way to always get them. Press [Auto-Aim] then use the Right Analog-stick to move the auto-aim target around your victim's body. Barely move the Right Analog-stick as you are shooting. This puts bullets in the chest and head, and results in an easy instant kill.

Go to an ATM and cause a traffic jam to that area. Wait for someone to withdraw money from the ATM, then kill that person. Block any nearby roads so that the ambulance reach your victim. First thing first, there is a clothing store called Modo in Liberty A.K.A. the big island in the middle of the map with the Empire State Building in it. Once you do this an alarm will sound off and moments later you will have a wanted level. Lose your wanted level and check your bank account across the street. You will have more money and you can do this as many times as you want. You must first be able to travel to Happiness Island. Find the Helicopter Tours directly east of Happiness Island. Steal a helicopter and fly to Happiness Island. Hover over the Statue Of Happiness and jump out of the helicopter at the statue's feet. Try to land on the topmost tier of the statue, which is a square platform with a door in the center of each side. Run around the platform until you see a door with a plaque that reads 'No Hidden Content Here'. Walk through that door to enter an empty room with a high ladder. Climb it and look up at the top to find the statue's gigantic beating heart, held in place by chains.

You can find a secret car in Party, Free For All, Story Line, Bomb da Base II, Cops 'n Crooks, Car Jack City, Mafiya Work, and Deathmatch modes.

As you are going up the stairs to chase Clarence, you will see a green health kit. Do not take it. Continue after Clarence and follow the advice of McCleary about not using your weapon until you are on the second floor; otherwise, Clarence will just get into a vehicle and leave. If you wait until you are on the second floor, he will climb to the roof. After you have chosen the Clarence's fate, you automatically have a three star wanted level regardless of what you selected. You must battle your way out. Because you are going down, you have a distinct disadvantage in cover and will take lots of damage. To give yourself an edge, at the start of the mission park a fast car on the street near the opening in the gate. Do not pull up to the gate. Use the stairs to your right to give chase. Once you have gotten to the roof and chosen his fate, descend to the level with the first aid kit (green box). Because you left it there on your way up, you will know what level you are on and can power up. Go to the side of the building where your car is parked and jump over the railing. Upon landing, you will not lose much health. Sprint to your car and get away from the cops. If done correctly, you should not take a single bullet from police. The health pack is a requirement to survive the fall.

• How To Get A Helicopter

After completing all of the missions in Broker (first island) and move on into Bohan, go to the Helicopter tours which is in the southern part of the island on a platform facing Broker. Hijack one of the choppers and take it to your apartment, try to land it on the parking area and if you do, save the game inside your apartment and you will now have a Helicopter for you to mess around with. Useful to get away from cops or to pick up friends or girlfriends quicker, only problem is landing.

• Into Rottingdam Tower

Get a chopper and fly to the Rottingdam Tower. Go near the top and fly the chopper into the tower but don't do it fast because you just come out the other side. If you go slow you should be in, after that go down and you will go under the map. You can kill anyone you want (don't jump out or you will just pop back up).

At the bottom area of Broker is a beach. Continue to the edge nearest to Algonquin to see a pedestrian practicing karate.

• Removing Blood Stains

If you want to remove blood stains on your clothes or your face, just buy a food at a vendor or restaurant. After you eat the food, all blood stains on your clothes and face will disappear.

• Repair engine

If the vehicle you are driving breaks down and the engine will not start, call 911, and your engine should start again.

• Shirt

There is a secret Happiness Island shirt laying at the highest point on the statue's base that can be reached by foot. It looks like a glowing red rectangle. Once it is picked up Niko will automatically put it on. It is a navy blue sweatshirt. The front shows the statue and reads 'Happiness is...' and is continued on the back with the word '...land'.

• Shopping cart slide

When in online multi-player mode, find a shopping cart. Make sure you have someone with you. In multi-player mode, everyone has their own shopping cart, meaning that the shopping cart on your screen is invisible to everybody else. Run into the shopping cart and make sure it moves. While it is moving, try to jump on it. If done correctly, your character will appear as if he is drunk or stumbling everywhere, but on your friend's screen, it will appear as if you are sliding on the ground. Sometimes you will slide/stumble longer than others. You can do this in Story mode, but you will only stumble.

Go to the north part of the map, just northwest of Butterfly Street in Bohan. Once there, get down to the outskirts of the land and walk towards the corner between the brick wall and the cliff. You can walk through the invisible wall. Lookup towards the city to see the city from below. You can also continue onwards and swim under the city.

• The Brown Note

Near Faustin's house is a reference to a legendary musical note. If you are in the area, proceed to the dead end about a block away towards the water. Hop over the fence on your left while facing the water and a man should be sitting on a bench reading a book titled 'The Brown Note'. Musician's joke that this is a note that when played causes bowel movements by the person playing it.

• The Heart of Liberty City

First, you'll have to have access to Happiness Island. Once you're able to go there legally, find the Helicopter Tours (which is directly east of Happiness Island) and steal a helicopter. Fly to Happiness Island and over the Statue of Liberty, then jump out of the helicopter at the statue's feet. You should land on the topmost tier of the statue, which is basically a square platform with a door in the center of each side. Run around the platform until you see a door with a plaque on either side of it that reads, 'No Hidden Content Here.' It may seem like you cannot go through the door, but you can-- it doesn't open, you simply walk THROUGH the door. Inside, you'll find an empty room with a tall ladder. Climb it, and when you reach the top, look up; there is a gigantic beating heart, held in place by chains.

The Achievement 'One Man Army' is a difficult one, requiring you to survive 5 minutes in hell (6-star wanted level). This is almost impossible to do by getaway, may it be with a car, a boat or a helicopter. The easiest way to do this is, yes, on foot. First, get a 6-star wanted level, then head into the subway station, into the tunnels. The police won't follow you into the tunnels. Once you're far between two metro stations, just stay there for five minutes and the achievement should pop up. (Now you could cheat to get rid of your 6-star wanted level, or you could become the best GTA IV player ever and try to get rid of it the hard way! ).

To get lots of fire trucks, go to the hookersstrip club and into the parking lot. Then turnaround exit to the left. Take the last right beforethe end of the road. After that to the left therewill be a fire station. Go in and you will seefire trucks galore.

In the mission where you have to kill either Dwayne or Playboy X, killing Dwayne will give you nobenefits, while killing Playboy X gives you his penthouse as a safehouse, as well as a hidden easter egg: the clothes that Clyde wears in GTA III.

Make sure to block anynearby roads so the ambulance cannot get to themurdered victim. Take the money they dropped onthe ground. Then, run a short distance away, andgo back. This how to make two girls fight. You have to be in any car and if you are driving around and you see two girls in a car, pull up and hit the driver side door and block it so the driver can't get out that door. Once the driver gets out the passenger door, she will start hitting the passenger and the passenger will hit back. The cops however wiil NOT come arrest tthem because police are lazy in the game. It only lasts for a few minutes because eventually they will get hurt and tired and they will walk away in pain.

While in a vehicle, quickly tapping the Y button will cause the engine to keep running while you head off to do something on foot. This way, you won't have to start the engine again if you're in a hurry. If you've done this correctly, you will still hear the radio station playing inside the car.

This trick requires patience because you need to sit through most of the cab ride. It also requires a pistol, or smg. When you are close enough that you don't mind running or walking to the destination break the window as you would if you were driving a car and shoot your pistol or smg. The cab driver will be scared and run out of his cab not costing you any money. Don't try this with a grenade because it will blow up before youhave time to run away.

If you are running low on health get in anAmbulance and your health will be restored.

If the vehicle you are driving breaks down andthe engine will not start, call 911, and yourengine should start again.

This is how to find the Sultan RS racecar. If you have completed the stroy or already passed the mission 'To Live and Die In Alderny' and you know where the old mansion is in Alderny then you should be able to get it. Go to the old mansion and there should be another building next to it. Go behind that building and it should be there and partially covered by weeds.

• Calling for backup

Steal a police car and any time you are in trouble press LB while your car is stationary. Select 'Call For Backup' and within minutes you will have to cruisers full of police who will fight on your side unless you shoot someone.

Call Brucie for a race. Go to the starting line, but do not start the race. Shoot the person that has the car want and get in it. Drive to the side of the road and let the car idle. It should rev automatically.

Kill Playboy X and get his penthouse. Save the game and restart the system. When you reload your saved game, flip through your outfits and you should have Claude's outfit (the main character in Grand Theft Auto 3). Everything from the leather jacket, the green cargos, and the black shoes with the white stripe on the bottom should be there.

• Clone vehicles

Use the following trick if you get a vehicle you really like and you do not want to risk losing it in an accident or want one for every safe house. Once you unlock access to Algonquin, take your car and drive over to your South Bohan safehouse. From there, drive east to the Northwood Heights bridge that leads into Algonquin. Once there, turn around and drive back over the Northwood Heights bridge. After you get across, turn right onto San Quentin Ave., in Fortside. As soon as you make the turn, you should notice quite a few cars identical to the one that you are driving, just in more colors. To save them, just alternate between cars every block until you get to your South Bohan safehouse to store one and drive the other one where ever desired.
If you happen to come across a rare car (Infernus, Coquette, Super GT) and want more to have, drive up to the safehouse in Bohan. There should be at least ten of them lined up around the safehouse, free for your acquisition.

• Cop names

During the intermission sequence for the 'I'll Get Her' mission, look closely behind Gerry Mcreary. There is a whiteboard for shift changes for the prison guards. Some of their names are Phil McCrevis (feel my crevice) and Richard Head (dick head).

• Damage-proof vehicle

Use the following trick to make any vehicle immune to rockets, grenades, and other weapons. Take out a girlfriend on a date. Get in your car and shoot through your window to do a drive-by to scare her. A short intermission sequence will show your date leaving. Your vehicle is now immune to damage.

You can date people from the in-game Internet. When looking at their profile click 'Date'. You then have to wait a few in-game days for a negative or positive reply via email. If your date accepts, reply to their email and meet them.

• Easy 'One Man Army' achievement

Go to the bridge that takes you to the second island and has train tracks under it. Walk along the train tracks towards the second island before you are allowed to cross the bridge. When you are about half way, you should have a six start wanted level. Then, just stand on the train tracks for five minutes to get the achievement. You do not have to worry about the police because they will be on the bridge above you so they cannot shoot, and the helicopters are above you so you have cover from them.
Go to the hospital at the north-west corner of Algonquin. You can also get there by dying in that general area. Get a motorbike. Set a Waypoint at the hospital or just remember the way you came. Drive to the nearby bridge that takes you to the third island. You must not have access to the third island for this trick to work. Slowly reverse backwards over the barricade on the bridge until you get a six start wanted level. Then, drive straight back to the hospital. To the right of the hospital as you are coming back is a little red fence that you can bust through and get onto the elevated train tracks. Wait there for approximately five minutes to get the achievement. No cars can get to you on the train tracks and the helicopters cannot shoot accurately enough to hit you at motorcycle speed.
Attempt to enter one of the locked boroughs early in the game to get an immediate six star wanted level by taking a car on the subway (or elevated train) tracks. This can be done easily near the corner of Grand Boulevard and Leavenworth Ave. in North Bohan near the police station. From Leavenworth, take a left onto Grand, and go up the little hill. When you reach the crest of the hill, look to your left to find a very short wall above a subway tunnel. Drive a car over that short wall, then drive underground toward North Algonquin. When you have a six star wanted level, stop your car and remain there for five minutes to get the achievement.
After the middle island is unlocked, steal a helicopter from the helitour site in the southeast corner. Fly over any other area you have not yet unlocked to automatically get a six star wanted level. Fly off the map in any direction, and stay in the air. The police helicopters will only chase you so far. After five minutes, you will get the achievement.

• Easy 'Rolled Over' achievement

Go to the airport runway in a fast car (Infernus, Super GT, police cruiser, etc.). There are small yellow ramps scattered in the grass by the runway. Locate one, drive back a good distance, then at full speed hit the ramp so that only half your car actually hits the ramp. You should get enough spins to get the achievement.
Go on the Algonquin Bridge that connects Dukes to Algonquin. Find the part where the lanes split at the bridge when going westbound. At the split is a small ramp. Hit that ramp at high speed to make your car roll over several times. Try to land in the lower area for more room to roll over.

• Easy 'Walk Free' achievement

Get a four star wanted level, then start a mission to get the achievement.
Get on the airport runway with a car, then get out. This will instantly give you a four star wanted level. Then, run or drive to the end of the runway to get the achievement.
Start picking off cops one by one. Your wanted level will rise as more of them are killed. After you get a four star wanted level, get in a vehicle, and drive into the subway tunnel. Once you leave the flashing wanted circle and your wanted level disappears, you will get the achievement.

• Easy 'Wheelie Rider' achievement

Get a motorbike, and go to Francis International Airport. Go to one end of the runway, start to accelerate, and do a wheelie by pressing Left Analog-stick Down for 500 feet to get the achievement. The runway works best because you have a very long distance where you can drive perfectly straight without worrying about vehicles pulling out in front of you.

• Easy headshots

It is sometimes difficult to get headshots, which do count in this game. With some practice, the following is an easy way to always get them. Press [Auto-Aim] then use the Right Analog-stick to move the auto-aim target around your victim's body. Barely move the Right Analog-stick as you are shooting. This puts bullets in the chest and head, and results in an easy instant kill.

Go to an ATM and cause a traffic jam to that area. Wait for someone to withdraw money from the ATM, then kill that person. Block any nearby roads so that the ambulance reach your victim. Take the money they dropped on the ground then run a short distance away. Return to the scene and the money should have respawned on the ground. You can repeat this as many times as desired. You can also kill more people and take their money from the ATM to increase the amount of money that respawns.

Once you do this an alarm will sound off and moments later you will have a wanted level. Lose your wanted level and check your bank account across the street. You will have more money and you can do this as many times as you want. Steal a luxury car with a GPS with a female voice. She sometimes makes the 'bing bong' notification sound herself while giving directions. For example, 'At 100 yards, turn left.' At the junction, she would say 'bing bong' instead of an actual beep.

Go to the statue of liberty and walk up to the second level. Walk through the door (it doesn't swing open, just go through it) and the game will load for a second and you will walk out with a new t-shirt with the statue of liberty on it.

• Getting away from the police

When running away from the cops, you will have a circular area in which they look for you. However, if you get out and another cop sees you, it changes. To use this to your advantage, get barely out of that circle which you will see on your radar. Just sit there for about five seconds instead of flooring past it.

Try to land on the topmost tier of the statue, which is a square platform with a door in the center of each side. Run around the platform until you see a door with a plaque that reads 'No Hidden Content Here'. Walk through that door to enter an empty room with a high ladder. Climb it and look up at the top to find the statue's gigantic beating heart, held in place by chains.

You can find a secret car in Party, Free For All, Story Line, Bomb da Base II, Cops 'n Crooks, Car Jack City, Mafiya Work, and Deathmatch modes.

• Holland Nights: Easy escape path

As you are going up the stairs to chase Clarence, you will see a green health kit. Do not take it. Continue after Clarence and follow the advice of McCleary about not using your weapon until you are on the second floor; otherwise, Clarence will just get into a vehicle and leave. If you wait until you are on the second floor, he will climb to the roof. After you have chosen the Clarence's fate, you automatically have a three star wanted level regardless of what you selected. You must battle your way out. Because you are going down, you have a distinct disadvantage in cover and will take lots of damage. To give yourself an edge, at the start of the mission park a fast car on the street near the opening in the gate. Do not pull up to the gate. Use the stairs to your right to give chase. Once you have gotten to the roof and chosen his fate, descend to the level with the first aid kit (green box). Because you left it there on your way up, you will know what level you are on and can power up. Go to the side of the building where your car is parked and jump over the railing. Upon landing, you will not lose much health. Sprint to your car and get away from the cops. If done correctly, you should not take a single bullet from police. The health pack is a requirement to survive the fall.

• How To Get A Helicopter

After completing all of the missions in Broker (first island) and move on into Bohan, go to the Helicopter tours which is in the southern part of the island on a platform facing Broker. Hijack one of the choppers and take it to your apartment, try to land it on the parking area and if you do, save the game inside your apartment and you will now have a Helicopter for you to mess around with. Useful to get away from cops or to pick up friends or girlfriends quicker, only problem is landing.

• Into Rottingdam Tower

Get a chopper and fly to the Rottingdam Tower. Go near the top and fly the chopper into the tower but don't do it fast because you just come out the other side. If you go slow you should be in, after that go down and you will go under the map. You can kill anyone you want (don't jump out or you will just pop back up).

• Karate pedestrian

At the bottom area of Broker is a beach. Continue to the edge nearest to Algonquin to see a pedestrian practicing karate.

• Kill your date

Normally, Niko cannot kill his dates, but only 'scare' them. When on a date with a girlfriend or boyfriend, have them follow you to any coastline. Swim out into the middle of the ocean. A few yards in the water, Niko's date will instantly die. Note: This glitches the game. If Kate gets killed, her telephone will always be busy when called. Niko will also receive date invitations from dead people labeled as 'Unknown Caller'.

When walking or running up stairs, jump at the first step to skip or sometimes launch yourself up the stairs.

Walk in the darkest parts of the subway and you might find someone called 'Ratman'. When you get close to him he will say said he is Ratman but will then run very fast down the subway. You will not be able to catch up with him.

• Removing Blood Stains

If you want to remove blood stains on your clothes or your face, just buy a food at a vendor or restaurant. After you eat the food, all blood stains on your clothes and face will disappear.

If the vehicle you are driving breaks down and the engine will not start, call 911, and your engine should start again.

There is a secret Happiness Island shirt laying at the highest point on the statue's base that can be reached by foot. It looks like a glowing red rectangle. Once it is picked up Niko will automatically put it on. It is a navy blue sweatshirt. The front shows the statue and reads 'Happiness is...' and is continued on the back with the word '...land'.

When in online multi-player mode, find a shopping cart. Make sure you have someone with you. In multi-player mode, everyone has their own shopping cart, meaning that the shopping cart on your screen is invisible to everybody else. Run into the shopping cart and make sure it moves. While it is moving, try to jump on it. If done correctly, your character will appear as if he is drunk or stumbling everywhere, but on your friend's screen, it will appear as if you are sliding on the ground. Sometimes you will slide/stumble longer than others. You can do this in Story mode, but you will only stumble.

Near Faustin's house is a reference to a legendary musical note. If you are in the area, proceed to the dead end about a block away towards the water. The Achievement 'One Man Army' is a difficult one, requiring you to survive 5 minutes in hell (6-star wanted level). This is almost impossible to do by getaway, may it be with a car, a boat or a helicopter. The easiest way to do this is, yes, on foot. First, get a 6-star wanted level, then head into the subway station, into the tunnels. The police won't follow you into the tunnels. Once you're far between two metro stations, just stay there for five minutes and the achievement should pop up. (Now you could cheat to get rid of your 6-star wanted level, or you could become the best GTA IV player ever and try to get rid of it the hard way! ).

To get lots of fire trucks, go to the hookersstrip club and into the parking lot. Then turnaround exit to the left. Take the last right beforethe end of the road. After that to the left therewill be a fire station. Go in and you will seefire trucks galore.

In the mission where you have to kill either Dwayne or Playboy X, killing Dwayne will give you nobenefits, while killing Playboy X gives you his penthouse as a safehouse, as well as a hidden easter egg: the clothes that Clyde wears in GTA III.

Go to an ATM, then cause a traffic jam to thearea. Wait for someone to take money from theATM, then kill him or her. Make sure to block anynearby roads so the ambulance cannot get to themurdered victim. Take the money they dropped onthe ground. Then, run a short distance away, andgo back. The money should have respawned on theground. You can repeat this as many times asdesired. You can also kill more people takingtheir money from the ATM to increase the amountof money that respawns.

This how to make two girls fight. You have to be in any car and if you are driving around and you see two girls in a car, pull up and hit the driver side door and block it so the driver can't get out that door. Once the driver gets out the passenger door, she will start hitting the passenger and the passenger will hit back. The cops however wiil NOT come arrest tthem because police are lazy in the game. It only lasts for a few minutes because eventually they will get hurt and tired and they will walk away in pain.

While in a vehicle, quickly tapping the Y button will cause the engine to keep running while you head off to do something on foot. This way, you won't have to start the engine again if you're in a hurry. If you've done this correctly, you will still hear the radio station playing inside the car.

First, unlock bohan then go to strip club. Go in and when you do look to the left and there will be a door. Go inside and there will be a pump shotgun.

If you see a car that you really like then take it but wait what if the cops come? After you activate the car alarm run away as fast and as far as you can crouch down and get your gun ready just in case then wait until you can't hear the car alarm any more and take the car.

Go the the International Airport and get anairplane (this stunt requires 2 people) and get ahelicopter. When you do bring a fast car over tothe southern or northern end (it doesn't matterbut the south end is closer). Find the 2 yellowsmall signs that have a small path between them.Take the airplane and carefully place it in thecenter of the pathway staying on the pathstraight. When ready have the other player driveat a high speed and ramp the yellow signs. If youhit the propellers then you will be flying!

This trick requires patience because you need to sit through most of the cab ride. It also requires a pistol, or smg. When you are close enough that you don't mind running or walking to the destination break the window as you would if you were driving a car and shoot your pistol or smg. The cab driver will be scared and run out of his cab not costing you any money. Don't try this with a grenade because it will blow up before youhave time to run away.

If you are running low on health get in anAmbulance and your health will be restored.

If the vehicle you are driving breaks down andthe engine will not start, call 911, and yourengine should start again.

This is how to find the Sultan RS racecar. If you have completed the stroy or already passed the mission 'To Live and Die In Alderny' and you know where the old mansion is in Alderny then you should be able to get it. Go to the old mansion and there should be another building next to it. Go behind that building and it should be there and partially covered by weeds.

If you need to refresh your health, take a boat or helicopter over to Happiness Island and the corner in the very front of the statue, there is a thing of armour and if your health meter isn't full after that, then go downstairs and there are soda machines and you can buy and drink soda and should fill up your health meter. If you need grnades, go out the entrance door to the left you will find three grenades. If you need a gun, press start look on the map of Happiness Island and on the end of the western dock in the little cop office will be a Micro Uzi you can pick up.

When you have your wanted level up and the helicopters are after you, get to a high point near a body of water. Shoot the pilot of the helicopter so the chopper goes down, if the helicopter falls into the water the icon on your map of a helicopter will not go away as long as you stay in the area. Only two helicopters will spawn at a time so if you shoot them both into the water no more will spawn.NOTE: This is also possible on land, however it is much more difficult because the helicopters will most of the time blow up when hitting the ground. Sometimes though, it is possible.

In your safehouse in Algonquin, there is a laptop on the bar for you to use. You finally don't have to pay 1$ for it anymore!

If you find a soda machine and you are a bit low on health, buy a soda using the LB button. You should get some of your health back. A can of soda only costs $1.

If you are looking for an unguarded cop car, there's usually one parked on Mohawk Ave in Hove Beach.

If your car stalls, go to Nico's phone and dial anynumber (while in the car). It doesn't have to be a realnumber. Then call and hit the gaswhile it's calling and it starts every time.

Go to Happiness Island once you've unlocked it. Goto the Statue of Happiness entrance and go up thestairs. When you get up there there should be agood amount of people there. Go to your left orright. Once you've done that go up the stairs.keep going up all of the stairs till you reach thetop. Go around until you see something on theground glowing red. Go up to it and pick it up.After that you should be wearing a HappinessIsland T-Shirt.

In Meadows Park on the center of the GlobeFountain there are 3 grenades.

When you are in a game and your car breaks dow what to do is go on the phone and call anybody on your contacts then immediately hang up. Your car will still have black smoke but it will start back up again.

First dial this number cop-555-0150. That gives you a wanted level. Then hold Y to get in the back of a cab car. The cab driver should run out. There you go! The wanted level will not go away.

Find a taxi and get in as a passenger. Find and Select Helitour. When the taxi stops turn Niko around and you'll see a building. Go behind it and you'll see helicopters. Go up to one and shoot the driver. Get in the helicopter and there you go. ENJOY!

Somtimes this works so go with it. On every mission if you have the (HEALTH&WEAPONS) cheatcode get the shotgun begin to soot every enemy you see till the enemy wave is over sometimes on missions enemies have you in a sticky stuation. All you have to do is get run as fast as you can to a safe place turn on your phone and go to cheats and pick the (HEALTH&WEAPONS) cheat. It will heal you up and give extra ammo for help. Thats why I said pick the health&weapons cheat to give extra ammo and heal you up at the same time. Now this is in order if you have to kill a person or a buisness.

Idea 1:First get a RPG out, and go find a cop car and shoot a rocket at it. You should have at least 2 to 3 Wanted Stars shown. Next sprint to a safe alleyway. The cops should be at by you now. Then start shooting at the cars and helicopters. Next RUN (NOT sprint), and go to your phone and go to Cheats (if you have them). Now select Heath and Weapons and Wanted Level Down. Idea 2: First go to Playboy X's Mansion that you now own. Go to the balcony and pull out a sniper. Now start shooting at the civilians and cops. Finally get your phone out, and go to Cheats and select Wanted Level Down.

When you first play the game, you sart off in Hove Beach. After the mission when you take roman to the hardware store, He gives you his old phone. Use this phone because you can't use the other phone. Either diel 486-555-0150 witch gives you just a Knife, Glock, Pump shotgun, micro uzi, ak-47, berrit, rpg, and moltoves or you could diel 482-555-0100 and body armor, a desert eagle, auto shotgun, ump-15, m4a1, barret, rpg and gernades, however if you diel the second number, it blocks an achivment called 'clean the mean streets'. Now go to a subway station and fallow the tracks till you go into a tunnel (It should take while unless you spawn a car. The number for a comet (Porsche) is 227-555-0175. ) After you go in the tunnel, drive until you get a 6-star wanted level. Last at nleast 5 minites just waiting in the 6-star wanted level, and you should get an achivment.

Whenever you walk through an arrow that triggers a mission while the cops are looking for you, your wanted-level will be cleared completely.

The 'Under The Radar' achievement is unlocked by flying your helicopter under all main bridges in Liberty City. The easiest way to unlock this achievement is to steal a Maverick helicopter from the helitours, since they're the smallest type of helicopter. Once you've flown under a bridge, trophy items should appear on your map. Pause the game, and place a waypoint on any trophy icon that's left. This should make finding those bridges easy.

If you are getting low on health, call 911 and call the paramedics. When the ambulance gets there, hijack it! You should get more health. Repeat if necessary.

After a taxi takes you to your destination. Stealthe taxi and run the driver over or get back outof the taxi and beat or shoot him down. You souldget your money back. And sometimes more than whatyou paid.

If you have a police car you don't have to stop and pay the 5$ dollar toll. You can just drive right through them and you will not get a wanted level.

All you have to do is, go to a strip club and finda girl to have a private dance with. Then when sheis done with her first dance don't leave but getanother dance. After that get another dance butanother stripper will walk in and start dancingwith the other girl together.

First of all you must have the ability to travelto Algonquin legally. Log onto the dating site andfind a girl named LAWCHICK. And date her for awhile and soon you can call her to clear yourwanted level only ounce per day though.

There is a baseball bat in the alley across fromyour first apartment, in the grass. You can findthe shotgun in the 'Fun Fair' mini car racingtrack near the building, it's right across fromyour crib off the boardwalk on Firefly Island.

If you already have the heath cheat and your car, boat, helicopter, etc. is damaged you can use it while in your vehicle and it with be fixed.

First, you have to get a helicopter and fly to Happiness Island (or you can get a lift from Brucie).Then, land on the very top of the statue and you should find a sign that says 'no hidden content beyond this point' (which is a complete lie). Then if you can get inside the statue from there, you will find nothing but an actual beating heart, with nothing else around it. It's sick but then again it's cool!

The Water- when you get a chopper (need a shoot first), then were the alien water easter egg is jump out of the chopper aim for the alien head, and before you hit the water (must be at lest 5ft above water) pull you'r shoot then you glich under the water. It takes a wile.
Air Port pt. 1- (must be on multi player) get in a four set car then go to the plaines that are moveing get in frount of the weel's and you glich under ground (don't get out or you come back up).
Air Port pt. 2- go to the air port go to the back of the main station then pull you'r fist out and jump in the thing that looks like a ramp beside the station, then keep jummping and you get inside of it. HAVE FUN!

Go to South Slopes. Then there should be a playground. Now, get a car or a motorcycle (i would prefer a car). Bump into the swings. Keep accelerating. Then, you should be flying away.

Go to the river between the 1st and 2nd city find a lot of people a just kill and kill and kill it may take an hour or so but keep killing and making the bodies go it the river after youve killed tons of people you will just be swimming/driving a boat in dead bodies.
